A plain Bluetooth Low Energy scan is ecosystem-blind. Galaxy Buds broadcast like anything else and can be found by signal strength from an iPhone without any of Samsung’s software.

Yes. SmartThings Find requires Android, but Galaxy Buds broadcast standard Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements that any scanner, including one on an iPhone, can pick up and follow by signal strength.
