Should you be concerned?
This is a tracking device, so the question worth answering is whether it is travelling with you or simply sitting near you. Those are very different situations.
Run a scan at home, then run one somewhere far away. If this device appears in both, it is moving with you and is worth investigating properly. If it only appears in one location, it belongs to that location, a neighbour, a housemate, or something of your own you have forgotten about.

A Chipolo tracking tag. Some models join Apple’s Find My network, in which case they may also appear as a Find My accessory rather than by name. It appears in a scan whenever one is powered on within radio range.
Is it dangerous or tracking me?
It is a tracking device, so check whether it appears in more than one location you visit. A device that only appears in one place belongs to that place.
How far away can it be?
Bluetooth Low Energy typically reaches ten to thirty metres indoors and further outdoors with a clear line of sight. Walls, metal and water all reduce that considerably.
